There will be laughter at the Haymaker Comedy Festival, featuring Colin Mochrie, this Canada Day Long weekend.

County Stage will transform the Sergeants’ Mess Hall at Base31 into an intimate, lively comedy club over three evenings, June 29 – July 31.

Danny Martinello

Curated by Anjelica Scannura, this weekend festival will see performances by a lineup of renowned Canadian comedians.

Headliners include Danny Martinello, Elvira Kurt, Colin Mochrie & Debra McGrath.

Elvira Kurt.

High-energy act with machine gun-like delivery, Danny Martinello’s hi-octane style of comedy is making him one of Canada’s freshest acts to watch.

Elvira Kurt is a comedy legend, gay icon and national treasure. With her hilarious off-the-cuff observations on life, pop culture, aging, and everything she saw on the way to the club, Kurt’s wry comedy will connect with you.

Colin Mochrie and Deb McGrath, with their quick wit, chemistry, and improv skills might even get you up on stage!
