Chris Billard of R.R. #9, Picton, at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Susan. Dear father of Amanda Heydon (Paul) of Omemee, Zachary of Toronto and the late Penny. Sadly missed by his grandchildren River and Calla. By Chris’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
