Peacefully at Trent Valley Lodge, Trenton, on Tuesday January 16th, 2018. Beth Hicks, of Waupoos, at the age of 101. Beloved wife of the late Royden Hicks. Loved mother of Janet & Maurice Lewis of Trenton, Nelson & Carole of Point Petre, Judy & Roger Dingman of Trenton, MaryKay & Bob Morris of Picton, Margi & Ron Howett of Thunder Bay and to Beth’s niece Marilyn Wilson of Oshawa. Dear grandma, great grandma and great-great grandma to many. Long time member of Waupoos and Glenora United Churches. Mrs. Hicks is resting at the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton. Funeral Service was held in the chapel on Saturday, January 20th at 11 a.m. Rev. Katherine Irwin and Rev. Audrey Whitney officiated. Spring interment at Cherry Valley Cemetery. If desired, donations to Glenora United Church or Alternatives for Women, Picton would be appreciated by the family.
