Francis “Frank” Harold Clarke
Passed away peacefully with family at his side on Friday, February 9th, 2018 Francis (Frank) Harold Clarke, in his 91st year. Loving husband of 59 years of Jean Clarke (nee Hardy). Beloved father of Heather Foubert (Brian) of Montague, PEI, Melanie Seymour (Daryl Wilson) of Bowmanville, Darren Clarke (Marci) of RR#2, Consecon, David Clarke and Terry Clarke, both of Belleville. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren Tim and Kelly, Emily, Amanda, Graham, Logan, Alicia, his great grandchildren and his beloved dog and companion Casper. Survived by his sister Bett Mattis and his brother in law Bill Hardy (Marilyn). Predeceased by his parents Harold and Hettie Clarke, his in laws Colin and Amy Hardy and his sister Muriel (Tillie) Mattis and his sister in law Bernice Hardy. As per Frank’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service and Interment will take place at a later date. Memorial Donations to the Loyalist Humane Society, the Children’s Wish Foundation, Westies In Need or the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
