Peacefully at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on Saturday September 22nd, 2018. George Cole of Fish Lake, Demorestville, at the age of 84. Dear brother of Cora Vaughan, Celia McAlpine, Jean Towers, Paul Snider, Gary Cole and the late Silas Selman, Rosie Wilson, Mary Selman, Earl Selman and Norman Snider. George will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Mr. Cole rested at the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton, ON. Funeral service was held in the Friendship United Church on Wednesday September 26th, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Friends were invited to visit with the family from 9:30 am until the time of service. Reverend Barbara Willard officiated. Interment in Cherry Valley Cemetery.
