Peacefully with her family at Hallowell House on Saturday December 22, 2018, Grace Johns (nee Lewis) passed away at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Joseph “Joe” Louis Johns for 73 years. Loved mother of Wayne (Linda) of Foxboro, Sharon (Jim Cole) of Ameliasburgh, Patricia Fraser of Wellington, Katherine Miller of Orangeville and Carolyn Thurston of Picton. Loving grandmother of Richard, Shane (Lisa), Christine, Laurie, Kerry (Corey), Joey (Angie), Taryn (Tyler), Richard, Nicole (Ben) and Thomas (Cherina), great grandmother of Westley, Brody, Ryan, Brandon, Meghan, Emily, Abby, Alyiah, Connor, Shailyn, Breanna, Marcus and Maverick and greatgreat grandmother of Theo and Madison. Dear sister of Maurice (Janet), Elwood, Jean Cahoon and the late John, William “Bill” and Muriel Nutley. Mrs. Johns rested at the Hicks Funeral Home, 2 Centre Street, Picton. 613-476-5571 Funeral Service was in the Chapel on Friday December 28 at 1 pm. Interment Cherry Valley Cemetery.
