Wayne Michael (Mike) Empey
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mike Empey, of RR#7 Belleville at his home on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 at the age of 67. Loving son of the late Gerald & Laura Empey. Dear husband of the late Faye Cooney-Empey. Much loved father to Clinton and Nicholas (Haili) Empey, and proud grandfather to Elliot, Nicholas and Olivia. He will be sadly missed by his siblings; Shirley Pulfer (late Wayne), Heather Empey (Richard Provost), Kathy Kutryk (late Barry), Roy Empey (Bunny), Kevin Empey (Julie), Joanne Morrison and Rosemary Empey (Rick). Mike will also be fondly remembered by Linda Dustin. He is predeceased by his brother Rick Empey. Cremation arrangements have been made with John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588). A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
