Thelma Elaine Nobbs passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 19th, 2019 at her home in Wellington. Thelma Elaine Nobbs (nee Carter) at the age of 94. Beloved wife of 70 years of the late Edgar Nobbs. Loving mother of Penny Valentine, Christine (Tom) Vann and Jennifer (Mark) Severin. Grandma to Christopher, Oliver, Scott, Beverley, Patrick, Miranda and Ethan. Great Grandma to Scarlett, Patrick, Skylar, Hannah, Dane and Alaina. As an artist, Thelma loved the County for its beauty. Great friendships were created through her art and choir. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. We thank the first responders and the doctors in Picton and Belleville for their exceptional care. A Memorial Mass will be announced and held later in the spring.
