Ron Slatter passed away on Friday, February 15th, 2019 at Belleville General Hospital at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Linda Slatter. Loving father of T.J. Slatter (Sarah) and Sherilee (Vic Deroy) and his extended family Kassy Strugnell (Zack). Poppy to Ellie-Ann, Sydnee, Victoria, Gaige, Christina and Carter. Survived by his brothers Mike (Terry), Laurance (Gladys) and Tommy Slatter (Heather). Ron worked for the County of Prince Edward for 30 years and was dedicated to his community through his work with the Boy Scouts. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held on March 10, 2019 from 1-4pm at the Elks Hall in Picton, 21 Elk St. Memorial donations to PECI Elementary Playground Upgrades may be made by cheques payable to PECI and mailed to PECI, 41 Barker Street, Picton, ON  K0K 2T0 would be appreciated by the family.
