A letter to Heaven
Well my darling, it has been 4 years now since God took you up into his arms. We all still miss you very much, that sense of humour and twinkle in your eyes. Our family is doing well. And our grandsons still talk of you. You would be so proud of them.  I have explained to them that when the good doctors on earth can no longer help a person, God takes over and brings them into His care to make them whole again. They understand this but still miss you. Our daughter is doing wonderful things with her life and raising the boys in a wonderful way. 6 and 4 year old now but both very polite and loving. Life has undergone some changes since you left, but I know you would approve. I have only just started to feel myself again and have a new lovely lady friend that you told me to find.  But a place remains where my sad thoughts of losing you are now replaced with memories of happy times we shared together. I am told this is progress, and I do enjoy and laugh at some of the past antics we shared. I still hold memories of our life together, and am now adding new ones to my life. I shall always have our shared memories and always miss you. PS, Sorry about the plastic flowers someone left at your memorial site. I know you like the real thing so I removed them. Bob
