Peacefully at the H J McFarland Memorial Home on Friday November 22, 2019, Cecil Hambly passed away at the age of 98. Cecil was the beloved husband of the late Gena (nee Pearsall) and brother of the late Clinton. He was also predeceased by his dear friends Skip McCormack and Dilly Fraser who provided many years of caring and companionship. He will be missed and remembered by his close friend and #1 caregiver Julie Fraser. Many thanks to the staff at McFarland Home who not only provided wonderful care but also gave him great comfort with their friendship and personal touch. Mr. Hambly rested at the Hicks Funeral Home 2 Centre Street, Picton. Funeral Service was held in the Chapel on Tuesday November 26 at 2 pm. The Reverend Phil Hobbs officiated.
