In the Gazette’s Dec.10th edition I read with interest the short story and photo titled “Back the Build”.

What a wonderful gesture that Jamie Yeo, owner of Sobeys made when he purchased 50 Rotary Cash Calendars to give to his staff for holidays gifts. He bought these calendars when he heard that the $1000 cost would be going to the “Back the Build”

This is a “win,win for Jamie and his staff, the Rotary club and most importantly the PECMH Foundation “Back the Build” Campaign.

At a time when we are experiencing very challenging times it is pleasure to read such a heart warming story for the Holiday season. I look forward to more of these stories featured in the Gazette.
