Peacefully entered into rest at Westlake Terrace Nursing Home, Picton on Saturday, July 24, 2021, Audrey Botts (nee Dutton) formerly of Pitt Street, Picton died at the age of 92. She was the wife of the late Hubert Paul Botts and was the beloved and cherished mother of Paul (Valerie) of Cherry Valley, Micheal (late Mila) of Newmarket, Connie Botts (Alan) and Laura Botts, all of Picton. Audrey will be sadly missed by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A special thanks goes out to the entire staff and administration of Westlake Terrace for their care and compassion in looking after Audrey in her final years. Audrey touched so many lives and will always be remembered for her charismatic wit and infectious smile. Mrs. Botts is resting at the Whattam-Hicks Funeral Home, 33 Main Street West, Picton (613-476-2450). A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021, from 12 – 4 p.m. at 255 Kelly Road, Cherry Valley to share memories of Audrey. A Graveside Service and Inurnment will be held at a later date at Sophiasburgh Cemetery, Demorestville.
