A Celebration of Life for James Hartford (1954-2021) will be held on Saturday, December 4th, 2021 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. at the Sophiasburgh Town Hall (2771 Prince Edward County Road 5, Demorestville, Ontario). To keep everyone safe during COVID, and as per the requirements of The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward for the use of the Town Hall, all attendees must show photo I.D. along with proof of being double vaccinated.
