It is with heavy hearts that we announce Barb’s peaceful passing at her home in Napanee on September 7, 2022 in her 82nd year. Survived by her sister Joan (Paul), brother Pete (Peggy) and her daughter Kerry (Jay). Grandchildren Sami-jo, Mitchell (Nicole), Shanyn, Jacob, Anthony and Chris. Great grandchildren Bellamy and Sawyer. Predeceased by her parents Elwood Phillips, Doris Nicoles, stepmother Francis, sister Janet, brother John, husband Kenneth and sons Blaine and Scott. Special thanks to Kelly Lesveque for all of her care, love and support and her Paramed PSW Penny. As per Barb’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. Donations to the local Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
