Unlock Your Inner Story is a 4-week creative workshop designed for people who don’t necessarily identify as writers or artists—but have stories, instincts, and memories waiting to be voiced. Through playful, low-stakes exercises and guided writing prompts, participants reconnect with their curiosity, quiet their internal censor, and discover the emotional pulse of their own lived experience. Each session builds gently, beginning with object-based storytelling and sensory memory work, and moving toward character, relationships, and visual collage as powerful pathways into story.
Across each session, participants will explore noticing, memory, image-making, and the small truths that form the backbone of personal narrative. No craft expertise needed—only a willingness to show up, pay attention, and follow what feels alive. By the end, each participant leaves with several written fragments, a story collage, and a renewed connection to their inner storyteller: the part of them that remembers, observes, imagines, and feels.
