March 14

Once upon a time, a group of artists painted so boldly and colourfully that a critic called them les Fauves, “the wild beasts!” In this lively 3-hour workshop, kids will create their own vibrant paintings inspired by Henri Matisse and the fearless Fauvist style.
In this workshop, young artists will experiment with exciting colour combinations, expressive brushwork, and playful compositions, learning how to paint with confidence and imagination. With step-by-step guidance and demonstrations, kids will create a bright, expressive portrait on canvas and explore what it means to paint without rules.
Perfect for beginners and experienced young artists alike! Come and be inspired to paint like a wild beast!
