Peacefully entered into rest at Hospice Prince Edward, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, Carole Hicks (nee Rhodes) of Milford, died at the age of 85. Daughter of the late Clarence and Marguerite Rhodes (nee Scott) and beloved wife for 40 years to Nelson. Loving mother of Sherri Patterson (Scott), Caroline Anna Myers and step mother of Kathy Lynn Hintgen (John), Cheryl Ann Rupert (Don) and Lisa Marie Hicks (Janis). Loved by her 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Survived by her brothers Dean Rhodes, and Trevor Rhodes (Julie) and fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Carole’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Carole’s Life will be held in the Summer 2026.  If desired, donations to Diabetes Canada or the Hospice Prince Edward would be appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450). Online condolences: www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
