Entered into rest at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Jackie Nesbitt died at the age of 76. Daughter of the late John and Dorothy Batten (nee Perkins). Beloved wife of James “Jim” Nesbitt. Loving mother of Brenda (Matthew), Wendy (John), Wayne, Heather, Jeff, and Jordan (Amy). Survived by her sister Linda (late Lawrence) and predeceased by her sister Cherrill (surviving Bill). Dearest grandmother of Ryan, Bradley, Tristan, Miranda (Kyle), Ethan, Bethany, Logan, Nevaeh, Kira, Addison, and Parker and great-grandmother to Kane. Remembered fondly by her nieces and nephews. In keeping with Jackie’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
