Jacqueline Leila Norton (nee Bentley)

Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Waitress, Bell Operator, Wife, Mom, Banquet Manager, Correction Officer Boss, Grandma, Friend, Teammate. A.K.A. Jackie, Jack, Jake & J. Jackie had many titles. She was most proud of Mom, Grandma, Aunt, Coach & Friend 
Predeceased by her parents William (Bill Sr.) Bentley and Leila (Lee) Bentley (nee Ostrom). Brother William (Bill Jr.) Bentley; sister Deborah (Debi) Pepper  father-in-law Walter Norton, mother-in-law Elda Norton Brothers-in-law David Bailey, Doug Norton, Jack Norton, Leland Ostrander, Walter (Wally) Brown, nephew Michael Norton. Sisters-in-law Anne; Jack Norton (nee Hathaway); Patricia (Pat) Howard Norton (nee Cornell) Survived By; Husband Ron; Son (light of her life) Trevor & Tracy McCarney, Daughter (her Besty) Veronica & Mike Stark. Grandchildren (her flowers about to bloom) Dryden Norton & Gillian DeMille, Logan Stark, Owen Norton, Sydney Stark, Regan Norton, Connor & Tiffany Squires, Aidan Squires & Morgan Clark, Kieran Squires. Sisters Gerri Bailey, Chirstine Hays, Joyce DeSilva, Leslie Nieves Vale; brother-in-law Howard Norton, sister-in-Law Joan Norton (nee Stone) and 28 nieces & nephews; 34 great nieces & nephews & 10 great great nieces & nephews. 

Jackie loved fastball & was an exceptional player for 25 plus years. She loved watching her kids play sports and absolutely loved watching her grandchildren play their sports that included hockey, baseball, basketball, volleyball & rugby. Baseball was her go-to sport. She loved to be at the ballpark. She would pull into the parking area at the Field of Dreams in Wellington & watch kids from the age of 6 to 20 just play. Ball brought her comfort. A celebration of life to be held at The Field of Dreams in Wellington will be announced at a later date.
