Huff Family Fund award winners.
The Huff Family Fund awarded $250,000 in grants to local organizations addressing a full spectrum of community needs.
The Fund is a matching grant, meaning that each dollar received must be matched by either dollars or volunteer time.
“The Huff Family Fund continues to make a profound impact across our community. Their leadership reminds us how powerful it is when individuals and families choose to give back. We are fortunate in Prince Edward County to have donors like the Huff Family, who recognize the value of broad, cross-sector support and who support programs and services that involve so many people in Prince Edward County,” said Gillian Armstrong, the County Foundation’s Interim Executive Director.
The Huff Family Fund was established in 2017 and officially launched in 2018 and is managed by The County Foundation. The Huff Fund supports a broad range of organizations benefiting Prince Edward County including addiction and mental health, animal welfare, arts and culture, healthcare and human services, housing issues and Vital Signs priority areas.
